Once again, the grid stare is frustrating me. Has anyone managed to fulfill the final instruction " seven more cells must be highlighted (in a similar fashion) to reveal the start of a thematic proclamation" ?

I took it to mean all separate instances of first word, minus apostrophe, of famous saying from the film

Yes Malone is correct, it is one instance of first word that you end up with, and 3 of second word, not what I mistakenly said
