Please help me solve the following:

3=N of TGP in the O
15=D of the R
27/10/16=D that KTTP
7=D of N in the E
12=A in I
15=RSN after the L of the ER
8=CB around the PA
10=GBS on the W
28=RN on a CF

I think the lyrics were " ... bottles hanging on the wall. In any case wouldn't the clue just say GB ...not GBS ?

I think Rossim is saying that the "S" stands for "sitting" - not the plural of bottles!
More commonly "hanging" is used, but according to several sites on Google, "sitting" is sometimes substituted instead.

28 Roman Numerals on a Clock Face.

I reckon it should be 26 but it seems 4 is usually represented by IIII rather than IV

I wonder why it's always llll instead of IV.

I've often wondered that myself, so I asked Google and found this:-

Both methods of writing Roman numerals have been in use since the 1500s, possibly longer. Clock makers choose whichever number they feel is more aesthetically appealing and they often go with IIII because it balances better with VIII on the other side and makes the clock look more symmetrical.

15= D of the R might be Decades of the Rosary, though I understand that 5 decade rosaries are more common.
