5 Down :- "Curve meeting a geometric figure" (4) CUBE?

These would appear to be the answers but cannot
fully parse them.

4 Yes Ascot - Like = as - Colchester = CO (post code/abb for Colchester) + T - last letter of set (set back)

Thanks, ChrisG - Wondered whether the post code came into it but missed that vital "T" derivation!

5D - I have ©ONE. C (the curve) meeting ONE (a).
