Several here that I can't parse but never mind. I'd like help with these two:

Needing a lift back at around one, inebriate finally gets to do this (4,1,3)

The $ is the crosser with:

Bombardier possibly reported dogged men (7)
T?$?T?R

Bombardier - TRACTOR
sounds like tracked + OR (men)

Take a cab
backat (around a & e (inebriate final letter)

Plainly that's right jazzgirl, but where is a bombardier a tractor? The nearest I've found is a kind of tracked passenger vehicle in Canada.
