Cannot parse the following, so explanations if possible please....
A) Namely, how to shift abandoned vehicle (2,3) T*,W*T. Is it "tow it" and why is the comma after the letter "o"? TO WIT????
B) Give a superior position in the job of poison supplier (4) U*A*. Is it upas and if so, why?
C) Dry river - save its environment (4) *R*T. I'm guessing at BRUT but don't understand the rest of the clue.
D) Old-fashioned advice has you making cheap whiskey. Red-eye is cheap whiskey but can't parse it.

A "to wit" means" namely - "The PM, namely May" is the same as "The PM, to wit, May".

C save is "but" - "all, save the PM" = "all but the PM"
