Good answer mattrom but the "a" is correct I think (from an anagram) pasta in new bags = pinatas. The second "i" is from make hygienic order about cuckoo = sanitize. I would be happy to be wrong on either of those.

I've no longer got my grid, but Irenical was correct and 'Make hygienic...' was Sanitate.
Pasta in new bags - Noodles, pasta. N/new and Oodles, bags.
