Hi, John. Your 16D answer is correct - anagram of Arizona (AZ) and J (JOULE)

Richmond, 20D is a Scottish and Northern England term for "chests". You might keep 22D eggs in them.

15A Grace (6) _G_A_ _

18A Monarchs' bird (6) G_N_E_
Possibly gander but I can't see it.

Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have any hints for:

4D ... to Fury (6) - D?E?T?

The preceding clue is:

3D Smarty ... (4) for which I have ALEC. Of course, that may be wrong.

7D is an anagram of three words in the clue.

In usual Myops style, there are two options for 18A. I've used the same answer as you based on 18D being the same species.
