I thought this was an anagram but can't find anything except AZULEJO which is a tile?

17D Gull case foxed FP (3-3) ?E? / ???

Also thought this was an anagram CASE + FP but nothing

Help please :)

FP is Former pupil. Find another abbreviation for that and you almost there. The gull in question is black and white.
