I've just recently gone back to doing this after a long break and cannot see these two, Anyone?
25 Down:- "GIRL WITH EXPECTATIONS OPENING UP
It's 4 letters long and I have E-A- (ELLA? EDNA? ELSA?)
22 Down:- "METAL DART GOING OVER A FLOWER
This is 5 letters long and I have L-P-N
LUPIN seems to be the obvious answer.

I'm sorry - I meant to put E--A and NOT E-A-!!!

25d Edna (with - and - reversed) + e (opening of Expectations)

LU PIN
LU - lutetium (metal) + pin (nip - dart) reversed

I had to check which metallic element was LU :)
