Synonym for quiet &soak ,treated as per instructions in preamble,have only just started to do this myself.

Only one word appears in the wizard which I have had as a solution for a while but i can't parse it.

p = quiet + ret = soak with the "other bit " inside

What to do for the other bit comes from the 3 word phrase from the 11 extra letters. The 11 letters spell out an instruction of what to do with the italicised clues
