I cannot parse this. It's "cap" yes? But methinks I'll have to read the rest of the DM (I did the coffee shop's copy) to get it.... and that way madness lies:-

Stands for "Common Agricultural Policy", which we presumably won't be part of after Brexit.

Thanx. I thought they were sticking political opinions in the x-word which, I guess, they are just about not.
