Hi demeter. 26a: dialect word for must = mun, sell = go. 33d is a misprint clue: special = sp, unit = are.

I have a complete grid, and I can see the 2nd dish, formed from the row by row replacements, but I can't work out the 1st dish formed from the corrections.

Also, I can't see which 10 cells to highlight (I presume some of them are the ingredients in the central column?).

Hi Demeter. I used the utsire anagram-solver site. There was only one solution returned (7,4). For the highlighting, look at the 2 columns either side of the central column, the alternative and the definition are 5 letters each.

Although completed on Sunday, still can't quite see the highlight as
a synonym for the phrase or why it explains the number. Must be obvious as I see nobody else has had a problem. Guess will await the printed explanation.
