18d: Columbia is just used as a word in this clue since it's in the form Columbia's here

19d goes with 27a

18 is Possessive. I've not got the magazine to hand, but didn't the clue have 'Columba's'?

Farr, as the clue has 'Columba's' I think 'possessive' works.
