Change thematic entries according to a book title, one of a sci fiction series. The author should be partially visible, diagonally.

Not into sci fi but should recognise authors' names I guess. Will look again. Thank you trackerpup. I might need a further hefty shove....

Hi xwordfan; the author's name only appears after replacing the thematic.

Hi jogamel; if you have the correct author and Google, only 1 of his works includes the name of what all the thematic are examples of and the title tells you what to do. If you also Google the 5 letter word from the coloured squares + the name of what all the thematic represent you'll see its function which alerts you further on the nature of some of the replacements.

Hi ginge. I am pulling my hair out because I have all you say here, but - call me dim - I do not know how to translate the 8 words

Hi again jogamel, from the title replace the thematic word in the title by word or words which mean the same as either the 1st 2 words taken together or the 4th & 5th taken together. Not all are in English (hence the use of the 9th) but common enough.
Hope this helps.
