Struggling a bit this week.

9 Down: All income, finally put on record with force, below average figure (13).

Best I can come up with is parallelogram which fits but I cannot parse it. Para, as in the army unit, appears elsewhere in the crossword so that may be the 'force' but I'm whistling in the dark.

Average - Par + all
Income finally - E
record - Log
Force - Ram

I think it goes as follows: par is average, so what follows is 'below average', all then e the final letter of income, log to record, ram 'with force'
