Not happy with 22a.c.. Ten left with short song from
operetta. I have I+l+n +h+? Obviously there is a G and S
that will fit, but I can't see why.

Thanks all - I've even been there! (To see the van Eyck altarpiece).

Locally they don't spell it like that - in fact the spelling gives another famous historical figure his "of" name, as he too was born there (though a U has crept into that).

I should add "more locally than just Belgium". As we were on the train from Brussels, the information board changed the spelling part way there.
