Last two. 24a Fighting lost cause,cues badly missing pots.(5) ?OTA?. 20d Crushed ore left in houses shown up (6) S?IM?S. Thanks for any help.

24 Lotas, pots - anagram of 'lost cause', with 'cues' removed.

20 Slimes - anagram of semis, houses and L/left.

... I had to check, Chambers gives one definition of 'slime' as 'crushed ore'. I realised too that it's not an anagram - just Semis, houses, reversed ('shown up), with the L put inside ('in').
