Letters A thru I have values 1 thru 9, each with different value.

The sums of the four values are to the right of the rows and under the columns. Since I cant draw visual its a 4X4 square and each row or column will equal given value.

G H B E = 18
B D F A = 17

21 Y 23 21

A = 2
B = 5
C = 9
D= 7
E = 8
F = 3
G = 4
H = 1
I = 6
