20d Doctor initially advocates exercise for wind maybe? (5) d?a?e. I'm pretty sure that the answer is drape - dr = doctor, a = initially advocates and pe = exercise, but where does wind come into it? To drape doesn't mean to wind.

Suggested synonyms for drape on thesaurus.com include 'wrap' and 'roll' so I guess the DM is close enough with 'wind'.

Thanks Seamus. A trifle obscure meaning, but I'll go with the result of your research!
