Pawn is the 'piece' , in chess, and Prawn is 'seafood' but that's as far as I got!

Around ... Means anagrammatise those 5 letters, so not a misprint.

Thanks - I hadn't even noticed the word ( a version of it) hidden in the clue. I didn't parse it at the time, just stuck it in - think I'll stick to doing that!
