Still not quite wrapped this one up.
I have the quote and have changed the person's name, but don't see how the unclued answers help.
I have them all and can see that three of them can be preceded by the the person's changed name - but what do the others signify?

I just assumed that the school is in that location, the document was signed near there etc.

I had O as the second letter of the word!

All done now.

JBTW, having got some 'changed name' answers, I thought some of the others might be related to the 'former name'. That wasted quite a bit of time as you can imagine.
