I've finished but would welcome help in parsing two:
26A Draft penned by hardline conservative revealing corruption (10) ?E?A?C?E?Y Looks as if only debauchery will fit .
23A John entertaining reformed Latin fellow, single operator (4,4) ?O?E/?O?F. Lone wolf? Anagram of fellow + on, but where does Latin come in and where does on come from?

26a) draft = ebauche

Brilliant, andy - I'd never heard of "ebauche", but it seems to be "draft" in the sense of "sketch".
