Is it EPIGON? EON + PIG (...of a task). Surely EON(S) if AGES.
Maybe ERSATZ? ERAS + TZ.
Maybe ECHOER?
Probably none of the above but I am T*Y*NG M* HA*D*ST.

Actually Trebor, we have a lot in common.....namely a t, an r and an e. Are you my long-lost conjoined twin? Trebor and Trelos have rekindled their f(r)iendship? The "r" is optional. Wot u think? One reply only or we will get told off. Ha ha. I am joking....as always.
