4. A man wrongly declared dead on September 13th and a 'blond Elvis Presley.' (4,3/3,6).

The actress in #1 could be SHARON TATE and the link work in #3 is probably MARSHALL. That's the best I can do.

with Marsall then, the second one could be Marshall Mathers (Eminem)
