I am stuck on 21 across and 21 down.
I have --t-r-r-o-s in 21 across, but fear not all are correct.
I have r at the end of the down clue and inter would fit,but can't justify it. Help please as these are my last two clues.

This is a very helpful site, but without the clues we can't help! We don't all have a copy of the paper.

21a Busy river tour is arranged (11)


River (5) then anagram of 'tour is'

21d look at the regular letters of words in the clue.

Cannot help with 21d as don't have crossword. Suspect your t and first r are wrong. Think of a 5 letter river in Asia + the letters of "tour is" to give a word meaning busy?

Welcome, Muncieballs. If you look at other threads/questions, you'll see how easy it is to set it all out. Some people find --- hard to see/read, so it's better to use ??? for your missing letters.

I tried that clue, but didn't help.
