13A ERNIE??? This is a v. long shot!!

Heel - head = eel I came across this reference on line

"The National Sea Life Centre Birmingham’s resident electric eel, Ernie, has seen his popularity surge following a recent Doctor Who episode."

I cannot believe that even Myops could be this devious.

Am I right in assuming there's a missing apostrophe at the end of the clue for 14A? I think the answer ends in "L" rather than "E".
