It looks like 'Still' = PIECE (Peace - 'spoken of'), but how is TWO parsed?

4d Time off in Scotland (4) - N?O? Noon?

Noon could possibly fit the fit the definition (Time), but I cant see the wordplay.

Two peace spoken of =sounds like Too(over) Peace (Still)

Sorry messed that up - Piece sounds like Peace

Noon - No on (Scots way of saying off)
