Pal inserts ridiculous subheadings. (10).

thinking now where have I gone wrong / spelt wrong but have been at this 2hours and it's not funny any more. HELP.

It's an anagram of "pal inserts", and yes, you do have a couple of letters wrong

I had spelt nickel wrongly. And had sort of worked out it was an anagram but just couldn't see it. I have put LAH DE DAH for 3d wrong obviously can anyone put me right? Cheers in advance.
