112a - PM's main item sources of oil (8 two words) with item being superfluous. I believe there was a British PM called North. If it's right then 90d (After pardon oblige to come round (6) becomes B?H?N? (Behind/by hand)???

112a yes North ... SEA
90d yes BEHIND defn after eh = pardon inside bind (oblige)
round was superfluous
