Does anyone have a subscription to this magazine, & a Macintosh or iOs device?
They don't support PCs or Android.

Specifically, I'm searching for the Cloverleaf puzzle, March 2005 (mis-dated in the list as 2004):
http://www.theatlantic.com/past/docs/issues/puzzler/puzzler.htm
Access is denied after Aug 2004.

If you can download it & post a link, G-drive, Dropbox, whatever, I would be most grateful.

The page is available on the Wayback Machine here:

I hope that helps.

P.S. You will have to copy and past the whole URL from the previous post as the forum software has broken it into two parts.

Thanks, Seamus.

I had forgotten about the Wayback Machine.
Unfortunately, the paywall extends back that far as well. The grid is visible but not the clues, without a subscription.

A friend met the editor of The Atlantic after they stopped the puzzles. Apparently she wasn't a "puzzle fan".

That's a shame. I don't think I would have tackled it, having taken so long over the recent ne, but I'm sure several others would enjoy it. Isn't there a library with a subscription?
Will go check the Bod

Hi Syzzie,

Try this, it looks like the Wall Street Journal have featured it too (or nicked it). It seems to be the puzzle you want as the preamble matches.
