What is the theme here? Chang and Eng sound like the first siamese twins but who are the other brothers?

Thanks chiaroscuro. I knew the names but not the connection. I have since looked up these names in Wikipedia and found ... that there is no connection. They are just random pairs of brothers. Feeble!
