I think the Wee Stinker today cannot be finished as one clue has two possible answers.

The answer to 13D is the type of animal that Santa uses and the clue for 18A is as follows:

18 One of 13 (6) D?N?E?

Now, there are two animals with names which fit and how does one choose between them?
