inclined? sounds like ink lined, not sure how lined/dotted would work tho.

Perhaps dotted sounds like dot head = "d"?

sorry, been cooking.
'ink line' and the head from dot? sounds a bit forced (or a great clue) but i think it could be right.
i can't think of another word that's better
