Lure divinely conferred power, no thank you (8) *H***S*A. Is it charisma? Charm means lure but left with ISA. How does ISA relate to power?
Novice left below mountainous region (5) ****L. Is it Nepal? Does nepa mean below? I assume L is the novice? No, forget that, I think I am on the wrong track completely. With explanations please...thanks.
