SE corner still a problem. A couple should help sort it:
14D Historic town represented in low light. (10) L-N-----O-
17D Person inspiring a race of Britons, one used to represent province? (8) B-----E-
Any thoughts?

I think that it is Boadicea but I can't parse it! My last one of all is now 24D City involved in epic cup banning outsiders from pitch (4) Looks like Troy (T-O-) but again parsing eludes me.
