Now for the hard bit - may well be posting again!

Got first and last name and avoided red herring.
Got work, and other two plus occasion.
But can't understand how letters are designated between the three - for example H is present in 2 of the 3 - so how is the H designated to one or the other?
Confused - help appreciated

H is a letter of the 3,5 work and is also in the themed bit 5,10
