2 d One looking for a bum in "The Cannon" ST?R?C?A???.
Stormchaser would fit but why?
Also 13 d Call for tenor with soft percussion instrument.

It's a tough one today. 13d is IDIOT (soft) with PHONE (call) replacing T (tenor)
