I've finished (I think!) but the parsing of the final two is puzzling. The theme is sea areas for many of the clues.
9D Source of cooling in a club (3,3) -I-/C-N. Seems to be tin can but why?
8D Allow small space above heading (7) E-T-T-E Seems to be entitle?
