i'm trying to find a dogs name from a picture, the picture
is of a white dog with a red tongue & a red collar with what looks like an elf riding on it's back with his legs
flailing all over the place, with what looks like a little white fish under the dogs body, can anybody help please. thanks jojo

Maybe an Irish Red and White Setter?...... Could the elf be a leprechaun?

Don't know about the fish though.....
