..........but we only have 11 rows in the grid so can't have 13,13 as the most north easterly - wouldn't it be 13,11??

Gross apologies kirky and Orson I'm doing this from memory and when I "checked" the grid on my phone held PDF I counted 13 rows and assumed a 13 x 13:grid. The y coordinates should therefore be (3,8), (3,10), (5,10) the other 4 should be OK as I was wrongly counting from the top of the grid assuming 13.
Sorry again for misleading and that'll teach me not to attempt to again when I don't have the completed grid in front of me.

Again wrong in my haste to correct I counted 13 columns and then made the wrong assumption. Sorry filks an attempt to help that probably confused further.
