D'oh! Thanks malone, I just couldn't get money or city out of my head.

I understand what you are saying , however in the 50 other posts in this thread, everyone clearly has access to the crossword, and not one other person has cited a full clue.

Really stuck on last two despite having read all the posts. 17ac Diver's parking before one leaves (4) p?e?, and 18ac Frenchman sent back rules for overhaul (5) ?e?a?. I do have a word for 18ac but can't parse it.
