2. Chaff (5) ?e???
the cryptic clue is " Enunciated consonants in `chaff` "

3. Villify (3,4) ???, down
the cryptic clue is " Find, when villify "

LIVENED (lid around even, reversed)
TEASE?

tease? (sounds like Ts - consonants and means to chaff)
