Last two at 6A and 6D seem to be Jape and Janus respectively but the parsing is puzzling. The clues are:
6A Jack accompanied by 4 ( 4A solution is parrot) as practical joke - I have --P- ;
6D Judge, in formal style, my architect (6) - I have --N-S.
Any thoughts welcome.

6a ape/parrot = imitate, so Jack + APE

Jack = J + ape = parrot as in to copy or mimic
Jones (Inigo) Judge = J + one's (my formally).
