Last one stumps me. The across clues are all words composed of two words.
16A Two parts of NT making differences in certain years (6). E-A-T-. Looks like enacts or exacts. Acts are a part of New Testament but why en or ex?

Epacts, Ep = Epistles.

Perhaps I should have added epacts are the differences between solar and lunar years.
