I am talking to Ash about 'vetting' new applicants, the idea was suggested by ChrisG so many thanks for that.

I would certainly 'vet' them, they would be speaking in a high pitched voice for years!!

It's exactly like all those spam phone calls- why would anyone think people would buy a kitchen from a crossword site?

Actually I'm verbally quite violent when I am asked for the 100th time about insulation, double glazing, PPI etc!

I'm considering upgrading our insulation and installing double glazed windows Rosalind,,,any suggestions?
