I'm in a jam I have been looking at this crossword most of the morning and so far all is blank. I'm afraid I have to ask for some help, perhaps someone would be good enough to answer these two clues.
13 ac. 22 years old in CV he falsified(4,2,8)
15 ac. Miss out on prince's arrival(8,6)

I'm not doing this but could clue 22 relate to "cash on delivery" which is an anagram of "years old CV he" ?

22 is.....COD
