Rusty, those bacon rolls will be the death of you! Is this one going to have 15 rashers on it , too?
Think of your cholesterol!
(but get one for me while you're at it!)
Wacky Trousers Day sounds just great! and must be a very colourful event!
But who wears the wacky trousers? The golfers? the spectator?, everyone?
And how is the money allocated to charity? is it a predesignated charity?

Elle, you have more questions than they have in the CID
interrogation suite!
Yes, a 15 rasher roll. It was smashing!
The wacky trousers? I don't see any in evidence at all.
Not sure why.
Jazzgirl, I take full responsibility for the wacky trousers.
But, it was your good self who first mentioned the nbk's!

Hi, Rusty!
Yes, sorry......couldn't see what I was typing and did repeat part - the cat was on my knee and obstructing my view of my Hudl!
(er...when were you in a CID interrogation suite?)
I was asking whether it was all the players or all the spectators who were wearing the wacky trousers ( but it rather sounds as though no one was! )
How are the girls? Was it one of them with whom you had the bacon roll?

Elle, many years ago I was a fan of a prog on television called "Softly, Softly" with DCI John Watt who often had suspects in the interrogation suite.
That is where I learned about it.

Please, spare us from "Like" buttons.

If this site goes that route for posts, there also should be a "Don't Like" button.

Ideal for those incapable of forming a sentence or an opinion worth considering.
You've probably seen them on other discussion boards with their (limited) gay repartee: LOL, etc.
Well said, Heathcliff (#28) !

Considering how quickly the "wired" generation, with their obsessive texting, is becoming intrinsically illiterate it doesn't bode well for the language.
There is a minor Darwinian aspect as they wander into traffic or fall into an open pit.
Unfortunately, they might also take you out if operating a motor vehicle.

Nowadays, inanity rules.
