I buy my books through www.smile.amazon.co.uk. A small percentage then goes to antibiotic research and, believe me, we need that. I don't mind if it's only half of one per cent, it's a help

Hi, Rusty!
The snow has gone , now!
No evidence at all remaining..... let us hope that is its only appearance.
I did not know that you have money invested in Amazon.... yes, I am well impressed by their dealings with this matter.
Each individual to whom I have spoken (three of them, now!) has been very friendly, and effectively helpful!
Amazon are going to take out a claim against Paper Cavalier, and they themselves will give us our money back through the Amazon A to Z Guarantee, that you had previously mentioned.
Seemingly, refund requests usually take 1-2 weeks to be investigated.
It is good to know that one's money is always safe!

Hello, Elle!
We are forecast to go down to minus 5C overnight.
That's a tad chilly!
The trust I invest in, invests in approximately 500 companies throughout the world, but over 50% of them are in the USA and Amazon is their top holding.
Good to hear Amazon Customer Service are as friendly and efficient as that.
I knew about the A to Z Guarantee but have never needed it's assistance, up to now.
Yes, your money is safe.
I have just ordered a book on eBay.
"Great Irish Escape" by Monty Hall.
Monty tells of his experiences of living on the Wild Atlantic Way.
I like Monty, hope his book is good.
Miss L-B has just invited me out for a bacon roll tomorrow.
I agreed,....roads permitting!

Hi, Rusty!
I don't know Monty Hall?
Who is he?
And how does he connect to the Wild Atlantic Way?
Speaking of which.... my Geography knowledge is very poor, as you know, but isn't Galway along that stretch of coast?
Remember the friend whom I mentioned the other day - the one who said that he was "sweating cobs"?
Well.......his brother has just moved back to Ireland, and he and his wife are setting up a B & B business in Galway!
I was thinking that when my daughter and family do their tour of the Wild Atlantic Way, they could maybe go and stay with him.
Yes, a bacon roll sounds good for tomorrow morning -weather permitting!

Hello, Elle!
Here's Monty
http://www.montyhalls.co.uk/about-monty
He likes the Irish coast and has his holidays in Donegal.
His book is on the link.
Yes, Galway is on the Wild Atlantic Way, between Mayo and Clare.
Your daughter may "watch the sun go down on Galway Bay"!
I told Miss L-B we will go if the roads are OK.
Here's Monty and family going on holiday.

Hi, Rusty!
I have been reading, and watching, your links.......thank you!
Donegal is indeed beautiful!
No wonder you like to go back ...and that Monty Halls and his family like to spend their holidays there!
I hope my daughter does eventually get to do her tour.... I know her husband also wants to visit family .
Here is a very young Bing also "see (ing) the sun go down on Galway Bay"......

Enjoy!

Good morning, Rusty!
We have a very heavy hard frost here... but a glorious day!
Very slippery out though.
Are you still set for your trip to the Pine Cone...or has the weather defeated you?

Good morning, Elle!
Great day here, but quite cold and very frosty.
After discussion we are going ahead to Pine Cone.
The main roads are fine....but we won't be on main roads!
I have started my puzzle.
Leaving it now until I return.
3d, appears to have a corporal called Nym?
Anne Bradford has nym under corporal, too.
Do you know anything about nym?
I shall go a-hunting for it/him when I come back.
I'll say no more in case you have not started it yet.
