Yes, indeed! Great news from our daughter!
She was so excited when she phoned to tell us.
She has been working very hard during the last two years, doing Counselling Courses at her local college.
She also works for the Samaritans.
She deserves this piece of good news!
I hope all works out regarding Child Care and so forth.
We shall help where we can, but will only be able to offer holiday care for the boys, as we live too far away to be hands on.
Has Miss L- B already left for Dublin?

I am sure between you, things will be sorted out, to enable her to follow her career path.
Not heard from La Bamba today, so I don't know when she hits the rocky road to Dublin!
I am meeting her big sis tomorrow (weather permitting) and she can let me know the details.

Christy at the Loch has reset the nest webcam and the picture is fine now.
She asked me to let her know if there are any more problems with it.

clear, but neither Squirel nor nest webcam want to work for me!

Getting very cold here too - already down to 1C at barely 5pm our
time. may have snow over the week-end, or so they say....
Glad I did everything I had to do yesterday, I am not budging now

The nestcam is the one showing the picture of the Loch (very bonnie as the sun goes down!)
Christy said the squirrelcam will not be on for a while yet.

I see Rusty! I thought you had meant that there was another
camera showing a 'feeding place' sort of nest! Silly me!

I had thought that you'd told me Miss La -Bamba and her friend were away to Dublin today.
I am still living in a "twilight zone"!
As you say, you will be more up-to-date having had breakfast / brunch? with Miss Orlando tomorrow.
Squirrel cam or no on the Web.... my own squirrels have been very demanding during this latest cold spell......
They arrive promptly for breakfast everyday....knocking on the window for attention!
But today they have both have been backwards and forwards like yo-yos!
The cold must be stimulating their appetites!

Yes, I did tell you that La Bamba is off to Dublin today.
But, I do not know when she left.
Miss O may mention it tomorrow, or maybe not.
The squirrelcam is down again.
I am not bothered by that, but I like to see the loch from the nestcam.
I am not telling them again if it goes down.
I have done so several times now, and shall leave them alone with their wonky camera, in future!

I have just been checking the weather forecast, wondering whether to venture out at some point tomorrow with the dog.......
The temperatures are set to keep falling and it seems that by Monday....we may have snow!
Oh, I do hope not!
I have already cancelled our dental appointments for Monday!
But I am due to get my hair trimmed on Tuesday.... I shall hope to be well enough by then to keep that appointment!
I have decided I need to take the bull by the horns and take up life's cudgels again!
I am weary of "being ill"!

I found today's puzzle on the easier side.
There was one answer I could not really link with the definition, but that is probably me not seeing it the way the setter did.
And another I could not parse for a good while, then the penny dropped!
