No post on this yet and I am completely stuck! I have the first four words and the last two of the rationale/instruction, have completed about half the clues and have a rough idea of the theme. Please can anyone help with hints on:
5ac Bajan analysis of me once (n to be added removed = men?) 7 letters - I have it ending in 'al'
16ac On side of ship, coat the worst part finally with seaweed (s to be added/removed - coast?) 8 letters, 2 words - I have staring te and ending re
30ac Scan additive of drug with anaesthetic? r to be added/removed - scran? 7 letters, 2 words - I have second letter e and last two letters er.
About to give up......... Any advice welcome. Thanks

I am finding some of these clues really difficult to parse - any hints on any of the above would be greatly appreciated.
